Help me /fit/. I'm 5'10 and just weight in at 177lb. I've been stuck at this body fat % range (13%~) for a long time. I feel like if I eat less I just lose muscle. I tried yohimbine but again lost muscle and gained weight due to water retention.
I just started EC stack again, but I know you can't do cardio on it. So my question is should I stop the EC and lift and do cardio, or just do EC and lift? Given I'm cutting and eating clean (tracking calories and all).

EC+yohimbine fasted cardio (LISS) first thing in the morning
Do not eat for first 6 hours of day
<120 carbs throughout the day, revolving before+after workout. Cut out carbs afterwards. <80 carbs on rest days
cardio at night (LISS)
take fish oils
drink 1gal water a day
lean meats + veggies + oats + sweet potatoes ONLY

Is it safe to take yohimbine hcl with EC? A full 200mg caffiene + bronkaid + 17.5mg yohimbine (7 caps)?
Or should I do 200mg caffiene + bronkaid + 10 mg yohimbine (4 caps) for my morning cardio, and same thing but 7.5mg(3 caps) for night cardio?
Also what about lifting?

Honestly, don't dabble with any of that shit until you already see your abs. You need to get on a regular disciplined schedule first. You sound like a total beginner and there is no reason for a beginner to risk his or her health with drugs when he or she can't even diet properly for health's sake.

Get on a more strict diet with tons of vegetables, lean meat and only water to drink

you can do cardio on EC just dont do any crazy shit like HIIT. keep it low intensity
