Are power cleans getting you weird looks?
I swear to god anytime i clean the bar either for OHP or power cleans, some one is staring at me when i look into the mirror.
People be staring like they're watching two extict black rhinos pegging each other with chillys, jammed hadtily into their hooves.
Are cleans autistic? Im by no means using impressive weight. I think its the actual motion which is warranting the stares. Please help, i hate drawing attention to myself!
Its added to noob programs specifically so vets can spot newbs at the gym. No vets actually do cleans, noob.

The weight is heavy enough that each set has me cashed and my ipper lats, traps, and shoulders are pumped. 3x5 can be plenty i find for this thpe of movement.
If the weight is to low my body doesn't activate all the proper muscles, i don't know how to explain it. Unless my rep range is 3x5 i dont feel the right muscles activating.
