So does benchpress.
When I squat, my lumbar region hurts like ass.
When I bench, the part near my shoulderblades kills me.
Any idea why? Max DL is 90kg.
you are new to lifting and have a weak back from sitting in front of your computer all day. It will get stronger and more resilient over time, just keep liftan.

Problem is I've been lifting for 6 months.

learn to bench and squat properly

you must not be lifting very regularly or your DL would be much higher than 90kg

How the fuck is your deadlift still 90? I reached 110 within one month.

Your problem is you didn't read the sticky, and thus, you didn't read the ss book for the forms.
Your squat form is bad. Your stance is too marrow, and your knees cave in. You try to lift with your quads, then your lower back. Of course it hurts.
Also, your bench form is bad. You don't retract your shoulders, and you don't have the proper arch with tight upper back.
Why is it hard to read a few pages before doing something? Half of fit could achieve more gains in a week, than they did in 6 months, just by reading a fucking book, and literally not lifting at all.

If my lower back and right knee are sore should I just squat next time I workout and do something different today?
