An almost bodyweight ohp in a year is impressive as fuck.
Build up your squat and deadlift and do front squat static holds because you seem to have a relatively weak lower body and you could easily hit bodyweight in under 3 months

Thanks, appreciate it. I'm really proud about my The Press. And yea, my lower body is kinda weak, almost everybody deadlifts and squats more than me. I'm currently on 5/3/1 and i'm too afraid to modify the program, so I don't know how i could incorporate static holds or fron squats into it (I'm doing high bar squat).

Consider doing canditos program for lower body and continuing with 5/3/1 for upper body if its working. Lower body strength goes way up on Candito 6 week and 5/3/1 progresses way to slow for where you are. You would only need to do one cycle and see how it works for you and deciding where to go from there

Just over 3 months of SS after 2 months of reddit tier ppl and 6 months of retard level SS (only added weight weekly, had shit form and did highbar squats instead)
