A t-shirt and athletic shorts. /fit/ will shit on you for wearing basketball shorts though.
Really it doesn't matter, but cargo shorts/jeans make you look like an idiot and do slightly get in the way of functionality. If you're scrawny, wearing a stringer will also make you look stupid but that's up to you.
I'm 172 centimeters or 5'7.5" almost to the dot, and I also have extremely thin bones. My ankles are 18.28 cm or 7.2 in around, my wrists are 15.49 cm or 6.1 in around.
Despite that I have a pretty broad clavicle, 48.3 cm or 19 inches across the breadth of my shoulders.

Yes lol. I did a 40 yd dash trial, measured it out. I started from an upright stance like in a distance event, and did two trials, starting on the visual cue of the timer who was standing at the 40 yd line. I wore my Nike Frees.
My time was 4.6 seconds.
Put me in a 3 point stance and have the timer start on my first movement and that would shave a good tenth at least off the time.
It was also my first time running the 40.

I ran track in high school and was the fastest guy on the [small middle of nowhere] team as a middle distance runner.
I was even more dyel and my lifts were half what they are now at the same bodyweight.
For the last 1.5 years I've been busting my ass in the gym and not running on any team, but I'm going to talk to my school's coach this week.

The 800m time was 1 month before I started lifting

4x12 Close grip lat pull down (light focusing on contraction)
4x8 Heavy T-bar row
4x12 Seated row, Light focusing on squeezing the lats.
Then 4x8 hammer curls
4x12 of Bicep curls
