I hate my teeth. I was very poor growing up and my mother didn't push the subject of brushing, ever. Now I religiously brush like 3x a time. I have slight 'off white' stains that whitening cannot fix and a few fillings that have fallen out, again from poverty dental care as a kid. I'm planning on doing lumineers at some point. It's basically three things combined:
>Scoliosis (pretty common I guess you know it)

>Klippel-Feil syndrome (the most fucked-up thing in this picture, covered up by hair: Fusing of bones in the spine, area of the neck, without the elastic tissue between them.)

This basically makes me look like a hunchback even when I'm standing up straight. Gotta get dress shirts custom-tailored, and even then closing the top button and putting on a tie is a royal pain in the ass.

As far as lifting weights: It's supposedly very good to do squats and heavy-ass deads when you got scoliosis, since it will prevent back issues if you build your core. Military Press is impossible due to a decreased ROM in the left shoulder (I have no idea what the rotator cuff there looks like, all I know is I get shoulder pains if I try doing anything to extend the ROM). Apart from that, apparently Sprengler's defect also causes that side of the body to develop a weaker muscular system, so my pecs and biceps are assymetric af.

And now the kicker: This is the weakest form of this particular disability. Stronger forms of this disability include shit like having a deformed rib cage.

Oh, and due to the fusing of neck bones all contact sports are no-nos, since the risk of breaking my neck are increased.
