Meat of the week - Chicken
>bake 4-5 lbs of chicken breast
>shred
>fry 3 onions, 6 cloves of garlic, add 2 tbsp flour, add chicken broth(leftover from baking the chicken) and teriyaki seasoning, reduce
>add chicken to this god tier sauce

Dat Side Dish (lentils have got tier fiber)
>1 lb green lentils, cooked
>1 box of red beans and rice
>combine

Dem Veggies
>4 broccoli crowns, steamed
>4 bags of spinach, steamed
>carrots, split in half, with oil, salt, and pepper
>a few yams, fucking love yams

This is roughly 10-12 meals. Store it in glass pyrex containers, then just dish out as i eat / pack my lunch. Usually go out during the middle of the week to break it up, skip breakfast usually. Also keep eggs, baby kale leaves, and fresh kale on hand for salads (olive oil / red wine vinegar).

I get paid by my day rate. £700-900 depending on the job.

With that sort of money, I'll be happy not to have dedicated lunch 'time' most days.

I also usually work like 12-13 hours a day.

Only for a few years, then I'll go back to something more stable.

I don't have a union. I'm designated as self employed.
