I'm 5'8ish in real life (5'9 on the internet) and I have an extremely small frame. I have hands that are the same size as those found on a 5'4 girl and I can touch my middle finger and thumb together around my wrist (tiny wrists).

However, my shoulders are pretty fucking wide. I have problems eating next to people due to that fact.

I will say I had natty low test (like 370 ng/dl) but you can always fix that

Everyone can gain or lose fat. But most men more or less do loosely fall in three categories.

Just look at the local highschool scene. Basically nobody lifts at 15-16yo, yet guys have different bodies thanks purely to genetics.

You've got the guys who have always been naturally bigger, more masculine looking, whom are always lean but strong and obviously good at sports. Inb4 some dumb fucks keep spouting the meme that playing sports makes you bigger, biggest crock of shit. It's just that these guys naturally gravitate to sports and keep it up, whereas guys with poor genetic code quickly realise they are not suited/good at sports and drop them when they are 10yo or whatever.

Then you've got the small wristed, narrow shoulders, sometimes tall but extremely thin nerd phenotype. I was one of them, and underneath the muscle I've built and fat I've put on (ate 5000 calories for 12 months and only went from 10% to 16) my wrists, ankles, and the fact I am currently 6'3 180lbs and require exactly 3700 calories to very slowly gain weight determine this.

Then the fat fucks who get fat easy. I can guarantee if one of these ate some of the bulking diets I've been on they would balloon to morbid obesity. No shit these guys find it harder than normal to lose weight. When I was 6'3 215 and 16% bodyfat it took me 2 months eating 2200-2500 calories to go down to 175lbs and sub 10 bf with ease. I didn't even lift in this time.

Skinny fat guys are eternally fucked. Put on fat easy and struggle to put muscle on. It is 100% purely a hormone issue which is caused by their shit genetics. It is literally an absence of testosterone during their prenatal and pubertal years. Only way to remedy it, is you guessed it, put more testosterone in their bodies.

Even my shoulders look broader but it could be from the muscle. I've gained like 50 pounds since then and I started lifting way after puberty so we can rule that out. honestly i just think it's the testosterone you start producing from exercise

This is more based on your skeletal frame.

Your skeletal frame cannot be changed, and is determined by genetics.

Metacbolisms between people don't change much, normally at most being ~200 kilocalories in difference. If you're skinny, it's because of your diet, not because of your genes. Same goes with being fat.

Genetics also determines where your body stores its fat.

So it's only really true for your skeletal frame. An "ectomorph" can eat a fuckload of food and look like an "endomorph." Pic related is the skeletal frame of a "mesomorph," where the ribcage is much larger than normal.

I dunno but not everyone has the same bone structure/proportions. For example my build is just super wide in general and the more weight I cut the more I realize it. My chest is super barrel mode, my hips are wide/high, my wrists/ankles have a larger circumference than people 6 inches taller than me etc.
