Help, i''m not getting any gains, what am i doing wrong?
Been working out for half a year but my BMI remains 19.5 whilst staying skinnyfat.
I'm on an anti fungus candida diet so i can't consume anything that breaks down into sugar, so can't touch diary products.
I also don't want to consume eggs or meat because life stock management is extremely cruel in my country.
My current workout persist on 1 warm up session and 1 main session.

i'm using 5kg dumbbells each hand, that's 11 pound.
What should i change?
