on a form check day at your local gym you get special kind of ribbons depending on how good your form is, the ribbons look kinda like weightlifting plates so there comes the "1 plate" and "2 plate"
the higher platecount you have the better your form got judged as, 3 plate is a good starting point on most lifts

Doesn't matter, Hannibal overall was the better general.

He was one of the few generals who not only was intelligent as fuck, but an expert at making his opponent do what he wanted, and creative in his strategies.

He lost in the end, but so did many generals.

And yeah I do actually incidentally overhead press > 100kg despite only coming to this thread cause I was b8d by somebody unironically asking was Scipio better than Hannibal.

Most I've ever OHP off a clean was about 135kg.

Uhh, not that I noticed.

I had a very strong deadlift by the time I transitioned into fucking around with olympic style lifts.

My deadlift was 250kg no belt/straps, so I to begin with had a very strong back, speed, solid core, good legs, etc.

My bench was about 140kg so I had decent triceps and shoulder stability.

And my military press at the time was legitimately already at 100kgs, and that's military press for reps.

At the time I was like 120kg, pretty fat, but also pretty muscular.

At the moment I'm < 100kg and I still power clean & press about 120kg for 1 rep.

depends on your weakness. There's a load of shit I personally did simply because in strongman if you suck at overhead you'll most likely bomb a competition (some comps have 2 out if 4 or 5 overhead lifts)

Specifically I target upper back, obliques, core, grip, triceps and shoulders all with accespries besides simply just pressing

OHP is completely reliant on having a huge back, strong triceps, great shoulder stability, strong core, etc ,etc.

Notice how that is pretty much every muscle in the torso, because that's what you need to work up to bring your OHP up.

I never found anything that improved my OHP max other than bringing my deadlift & bench up.

I reccomend ohping often, about 3 times a week and also doing lots of triceps work

1 pl8 means 1 pl8 (20 kg/45lbs plates) on each side of the bar.
1pl8= 60kg
2pl8=100
3pl8=140

Some people argue you shouldn't be counting the bar since the pl8s have holes in them which counters the bar weight :^
