I really enjoy my raw homemade granola. Geared it to be fat-dense since I prefer getting most of my carbs from fruits and veggies, so I sprinkle 1/10 cup of steel cut oats on raw nuts and the finishing effects are minimal too. 0 cal Walden Farms raspberry spread. Suppose you can throw in a chocolate flavoured whey powder in there if you're sick of shakes.
My other staples would be Quest Bars, Miracle Noodles and Almond Milk.

i once ate a whole sleeve of ritz crackers, then checked the label. they were like 100 calories per 4 crackers and it was a 30 cracker sleeve or something
