Bruh, you don't need physical gains as much as you need self-esteem gains. If you're a man and she's a woman, 9/10 times you're better than her.
Start lifting for your health or personal growth, not for girls. A decent woman (bro-tip: about as common as the elusive unicorn) will love you regardless of whether you lift or not.

Upper body muscles are nice, but I don't really care that much about them. But skinny legs are almost as much of a turn-off for me as if she's fat. I need a girl who squats.
Some of the women ITT are a little too ripped, still attractive but ideally they'd add like 5-10 pounds of fat. Like this >>35147939 is definitely too lean, needs to bulk and add some fat (and a little more muscle maybe). I wish I could find more pics of these women in the off-season, I doubt they look like this year-round and they're probably hotter when they aren't in photo-shoot mode.
