Every day I'm like "Fuck you! You fat worthless fuck! You have all the personality and life of a damp smelly dish rag! I'm scared I'm going to turn out like you if I don't quit this job! You disgust me! Watching athletic people on tv is not the same as actually being interested in physical fitness! No I'm not as in shape as them! They have dialed in diets and routines and steroids and personal trainers/physicians/cooks! I work out to keep from being driven insane by people like you! You're breath is horrible! The first step is the hardest. I usually begin the day fueled with hate and anger at my alarm.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

got on antidepressant meds, slowly tapered off them with doctor's approval and went to college.

i avoided medication for so long because of /pol/ memery until I had a mental breakdown. If you're not already medicated I'd advise you to get on it asap, and maybe even consider cognitive behavioural therapy.

A regular sleep cycle, green tea, cardio and meditation are all various things that can help with depression, too.

i got a very shitty warehouse job thereafter. it was night shift, I was working as a product handler feeding onion powder into boxes, 265 a week. coming home with a gagging fucking horrible smell.
Worked with addicts, felons, immigrants and paroled gangbangers.
anyways i ended up enlisting, only to be belittled and marginalized by dickheads. it's only a means to an end. once it's done i can do school with utmost focus and blast & cruise :)
