I've come back to lifting after almost a year and this time I'm determined to be as disciplined as I can. However, after wednesday my body is still very sore. I can't straighten my arms so I don't think I can do a lot of exercises. I really really don't want to miss the gym, but I'm wondering if it's a good idea to go today. What do you think guys?

Best way to get rid of doms is lift more, pumps blood to your muscle and speeds recovery this is a medical fact, it will go away in a few days
