Op im a climber so my hands get fucked up weekly sometimes ripping out my callouses once or twice every month. What I do to prevent my callouses from building up to a point of looking like that and essentially ripping apart is sanding down the callouses with a fine grit sand paper. Afterwards rub a little vitamin e on the spot and itll soften up.

I'm a baker so I can't have calluses ( long story about hand yeast we don't need to have).

Use sandpaper. Preferably a fine one. Then just mount it onto something and lightly rub off the calluses.
