Brehs my mind is starting to wander in the gym now. It used to be a sanctuary where I could leave humanity behind but now I think my routine has me in a rut and my subconscious is telling me I gotta be healthier in changing it up. So fit how do you maintain that steely determination? I won't stop going I just wanna be at my best

That's how I was. I changed shit up. Started using dumbbells for everything. First time doing db bench was embarrassing because my stabilizer muscles where poopy.

We all have ups and downs in the gym, that's just how it is. Motivation doesn't really help at all. It can help to get you started but you need the discipline to keep you going even when it feels like shit. You said that you would keep going anyway so that's good but try changing up your routine for a while, just fuck around a couple of workouts or get some new gym clothes. If you like what you are doing you will never need motivation. Good luck.
