This is the first Friday I've spent in a long time not getting drunk, that's my start. Also today was a rest day.

I am eating better for the most part since I started lifting and taking my row club more seriously a few weeks ago.

Stomach is already a little flatter, the bit of chub the the love handles area is almost gone, legs fit in my "fancy" jeans way better, chest slightly larger and more defined, and my arms are noticably bigger.

I love it so damn much. Just got some protein today too. Gonna wreck that gym tomorrow.

~25f/50c/25p
1.5 g/lb lean protein (132 lbs) => 200g => 800 kcal => 26%

those bowls of chicken are entire rotisserie chickens, thats ~150g of protein by itself

those images don't include my breakfast or lunch, just dinner (chicken + something) or otherwise they're simply snacks

This sounds like one of those diets given to girls competing in fitness, where they more or less base their entire diet on two,maybe three ingredients.

If you diversify your vegetables(onions,carrots, garlic, cauliflower,sweet potato,kale,cabbage, rutabega, jerusalem artichokes,beets, all healthy as fuck), and or other sources of lean meat, especially fish(cod, mackerel,pollock, turbot, sole,plaice, salmon or trout),
you'd get the same amount of calories, but all in all more flavor, more minerals and vitamins, and more essential fatty acids.

In the end even the strongest people go tired of basing their meals around ONE thing,wether its protein shakes or foie gras.

But fuck it, i'll bite.

100grams of cooked broccoli equals 35 kcal.
Which means you need about 7,1kilos or 17 lbs per day of the stuff to hit 2500 kcal. 5000 kcal, well, thats 34 lbs.a day. at 2 dollars a pound we are talking 70 dollars a day, or 2100 dollars a month. In broccoli.

The amount of fiber alone will make you spend more time on the toilet than it would take you to eat it all.So you had better purchase one of those VIP toilet seats anon, you're gonna be sitting alot.

Also, as you are only eating whey and broccoli you have basically zero fat in your diet, which ,well, is a horrible idea. You need fat for a ton of stuff, not excluding production of testosterone and maintaining nerves and the immune system. Also, you run the risk of developing hypogonadism, which could leave you sterile.

So no gainz, no sex drive,shitty mood, shitty stomach, and even if you were to get it up, you'd perform like shit. No family for you.


As i'm studying to become a registred dietician, i feel competent enough to reccomend that you not go through with this. There are vastly better ways to clean bulk.
