I buy a korean version of these quite often from a local asian supermarket.
Dat protein, dat smoky flavor. Pretty sure they have huge amounts of trace heavy metals in them though, so I try not to eat them more than twice a week.

been doing this lately: sardines, salt, pepper, mustard, mash it all together. add romaine lettuce, diced carrots, some cheese, maybe an egg or two. the olive oil and mustard pretty much combine to make dressing.
