honestly to me it seems like he is against all the bro-science on youtube but spouts his own as well. one example that comes to mind is when he was mentioning that you need to get tested to see your ratio of fast-twitch muscle fibers to slow-twitch muscle fibers to see which type of training will benefit you most (high volume lower intensity vs low volume high intensity). There may be some merit to that theory but I am 99% sure that it doesn't make a significant difference. to me it just seems like he misses the point.
