Stance too wide, they'll always come out like that unless you have insane posterior chain counterbalancing. Tighten you stance up, work on pistols for ankle flexibility, try to keep your shins straight squatting unweighted with a close stance too. Its a balance thing, honestly very hard to break parallel and keep the knees straight. Even skilled lifters are guilty of it on grinders

So op you really need to invest in some new shoes first of all, if you really intend on monging it out on high bar you probs should get heeled shoes.

Your ankles have caved inwards, which very likely has caused your knees to also be inside your feet when viewed from above. Your knees should be pretty much in line with your toes.

Your knees also travel pretty far forward. An obvious problem with your squat is that you aren't sitting into the hole with your squat, but rather you are leaning forward and bringing your knees forward too like in low bar.

Your back,hand positioning, arm alignment with body, head position and symmetry all look really solid though. Just some really shaky foundations.

Your squat looks like the high bar and low bar squat had a baby but the baby was born with severe asperger syndrome. You just had to be pro life, didn't you?

its when your knee goes forward of your midfoot, and especially your entire foot, that the tension shifts from your hips to your knees.

and that tension is expressed as a shearing force.

and your ligaments are taking the brunt of that shearing force.

you sit back when you squat, you don't let your knees slide forward.

depth is a non-issue, unless you find yourself unable to go deep without your knees sliding forward, which is usually indicative of a mobility issue.

there is no such thing as "too low" of a squat.
your glutes can literally be touching your heels, and not only is that NOT a bad thing, it is ideal (the bigger the ROM the more effective the exercise)

Look at your left foot, then google "valgus knee fault squat". Bad shit, it'll put your ACL at risk for damage. Look at training log videos of world champions such as ilya ilin and dmitry klokov. Their form is nearly always perfect during training. If you were to ask people who squat 500+ pounds for reps (I squat 500 for 2 so you could ask me too), they would say form over weight if you aren't being a wuss. And I believe it is safe to say OP is not being a wuss.

Your form looks pretty good to me. If you're gething pain in your knees you could just try parallel, you're breaking parallel by quite a bit. Going deep is good if you can take it but everyone's body is different.

I do indeed know what a pin squat is, and a lot of other squat variations too to boot.

Understanding the biomechanics of the squat and learning the squat properly is much more important than learning a load of different exercises. Some variations may help teach a better normal high bar squat, but most of them do jack shit.

Learn the fundamentals of the squat first before trying to take on variations. Beginner's programming and technique learning is for you, go brush up your skills before talking like that again.
