3x3's and 3x5's

but why?
>>

I am embarrassingly weak for my size.
>>

Low volume with heavy weight.

Emphasis on volume, not reps. If you do a lot of sets, you'll gain size anyway since the overall volume will add up. I had a good source for this but I lost the link to it.

5x3 and 10x3 are your best bets. The short sets mainly activate Type 2b muscles fibers. Also more sets creates much larger tax on the circulatory system for better cardiac health.

You cannot gain mass without a calorie surplus. Simply don't eat more than you burn.
>>
>>35016510
I have never heard of this before. It appears very promising.

>>35016597
Would cardio be permissible for reducing a surplus?

>>35016625
You're overthinking this, breh. Do as much cardio as you want. Lift heavy things. Don't bulk. Simple.
>>

Alright, thank you.
