I'm 6'1" 165lb and my lifts from last 2 workouts doing SS are:
Power Clean: 125lbs for 3 reps, I only got 1 set of 3, my other 4 sets I somehow lost my groove and screwed up my technique so hard I could only do singles and doubles, my last set I couldn't even get one. Maybe I just pussed out, but I just didnt feel like the bar was going high enough so I bitched out.
The Press(TM): 80lbs for 5/4/4
Front Squat: 95lbs 5/5/5 (I just started doing these, its easy)
Back Squat (Highbar ATG): 145lbs 5/5/5
Bench Press 105lbs 5/5/5
Deadlift 195lbs for 5, form wanst perfect and some rest between reps
Lat Pulldown (Chinup style) 120lbs 5/5/5
Been lifting well over half a year now but far from ideally, do I kill myself?
