idk, the sell it here in Norway under the same name (Skyr). Usually with some sort of muesli or berries, or sweetened with stevia etc. I eat a lot of it when I shred, but low fat cottage cheese will do just about the same though.

Germany here, you can get it at lidl on the cheap (still more expensive than quark or cottage cheese but withe better protein to milk sugar ratio). I've seen the more expensive version at rewe but it seems to have been discontinued.
