Do any of you feel that incredibly anxiety and nervousness a day before and the hours leading up to a heavy deadlift day like you're about to do something that'll change your life forever. I hardly sleep the night before and my heart rate is through the roof the entire time.

Deadlift anxiety is nothing like squat anxiety. I can literally stand in front of the squat rack for five minutes before a squat PR if I don't stop myself.

I get this on squats, but mostly because I'm lazy and don't want to do them. But I don't lift a lot of weight cause I'm scared of snap city.

i was injured not long ago and am better now but it still sometimes triggers pain.
Howevever I've switched to stiff-legs and sumos and im doing better now
