Ive been following a workout program for the past 3 weeks, with good results so far, i'm now starting the last week.
After that, i decided to do a HIIT workout for 8 weeks, to lose fat faster.
I'd like to focus on losing my tummy, and consider adding a second workout.
What type of workout should i add?

Steady state for anaerobic base (60-75% HR).
Oh and you are probably doing HIIT wrong, just like 99% of fit. Don't be a lazy cunt, do actual cardio

Well what workout were you doing before?
Muscle eats up calories that you eat so incorporate any weight lifting routine like starting strength with HIIT and you'll be gold.
