TLDR: Find out your daily caloric allowance, eat slightly less than that(fat loss), get enough protein to gain muscle, and voila.

Extra stuff: drink lots of water, make sure you're sleeping enough, make sure your program is solid.

Judging from your question (no offense), you're probably just starting out. You will easily, EASILY lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Newbie gains are nothing short of a miracle.
