Wasted my first 4 months of lifting by having a shit diet. I thought I was eating big but when I added the cals up it, turned out I wasn't eating big at all.
I took a break from lifting and ate a ton more, came back to the gym and lifted more than I ever had before.
Also fell for the ss is a meme meme and the clean bulk meme.

I shouldve just lifted for 4 years straight in highschool instead of playing football. I maxes at 275 bench could do 285 on squats for reps and repped out 225 on power clean.
