Daily Post Workout Meal Thread, Just finished my cardio workout for the day, 5x5 pull ups (only started doing them recently) and 21min of running with 5 min of warm up and 5 min cool down (goal is 5k in 30min, 9 more sessions to go on my program to reach it)

Pic related, 6 eggs and a glass of milk, around 500 calories all up, considering I ran off over 350 calories in my run today and skipped breakfast, my cut is going well. The 4 kilos i lost might be why i can suddenly do pull ups easier...

How's this for an eating plan?

3 high protien 500kcal meals a day
2 250kcal snacks a day

my BMR is just under 1900, so adding the cardio i do, the weights i lift, my manual labour job. I think i'd lose weight ok

Lentils are a vegetable protein meaning incomplete protein, not less buoavilable. If you eat incomplete proteins in conjuction with complete proteins, i.e. proteins contains all the e.a.a., the vegetable protein will utilized properly by your body. Got myself a rice cooker and wanted to play a bit.


7 scoops ON! chocolate(840 cal 168 protein)
8 eggs (560 cal 48 protein)
500ml coconut milk (1000 cal 10 protein, I shoulda just used soy milk which is 300 cal 30g protein)

15g pack of baking soda
25g pack of dark chocolate
bit of vanilla extract
bunch of splenda
bit of salt


mix and toss in rice cooker.

Quite tasty and moist with cream cheese/whipped cream.

Macros would be a million times better if only I had soy milk, but I wasn't gonna fucking go to the mall for that.
