I joined a gym a week ago, it's a fairly family oriented chain, so you get all sorts of people on different hours of the day.
I like being a klutz though, I sometimes make mistakes on purpose and make a fool of myself in the eyes of others. I find it helps to defuse the situation in terms of being an auschwitz skelle.

one dude is around 40 years old, he is kind of skinny fat, does shit loads of cardio and he looks exactly the same as the first day i saw him, he benches 22.5kg (bar + two smallest plates) and the dude is well over 6 feet tall and weights around 200lbs. He probably could bench 1 plate for reps easy

I was benching 60 pounds for an entire year, then one day i decided to double it, so i did 5 repts of 120, and then i added 20 more the next week.

You can lift baby weight, i think it builds a foundation and potential. I had never done an over head press until about a month ago, and in two weeks i was OHP 120 pounds,

Sadly, because i didn't know about squats, i never worked legs until a couple months ago, so my squat is only slightly stronger than my bench. When i squat, i dead the bar off the rack, lower to the ground, then snatch, and place the bar behind my neck.

This is how you do it

>Walk to the other side of the bar (not too fast because cardio kills gains) and put on the same ammount of plates
