Im 6'3 210. Just started my cut this past week after reaching some powerlifting goals including a 335 bench. Im looking through some old photos where I am more cut at 185 and I look good so Im tired of the bulking life. If your forearms are strong enough to hold the weight you're doing, stick with double overhand.
I only use mix grip for my heavy deads where my grip isn't strong enough to do a rep without form breakdown. But yeah, do more arm isolations (curls for bis, some sort of pushdown/skullcrusher for tris) and you'll look good. You've got bretty good chest/lats already

Just starting gains. I used to row, then stopped, then worked in retail stocking and moving heavy shit for 2 years, then got my current job in IT which isn't so active. I've been running too for about a month now doing c2-5k.
