The only thing that is one of the bigger motivators for me today is the anime, One Piece. The anime went better as the story went along and you could see how the characters constantly want to get better and stronger and constantly improve oneself, working on achieving their dreams, as they overcome fear, challenges, and tough mtf-ers. "Hero's journey" basically. It also motivated me to get my shit together and start training hard and you taught me you have to have a WHY when doing anything in your life. I encourage anyone here to watch it.

Hey. About 4 hours ago, I got on the elliptical for 10 minutes when I really didn't want to. My heartrate was at around 180, I was going really fast. It was really uncomfortable, and my body kept telling me to stop. For some reason, I kept going, and then at the end of the 10 minutes, when I walked to the couch and sat down, I was gasping for air. It was a really addicting feeling. There was something really happy, really intense about it.


It was only 10 minutes, and people do way more. People do it for literally hours. People run marathons. I'm barely doing anything - 10 minutes of lightly pushing myself. I could have gone even faster, or even longer. But it felt really good.
