One time when I was pretty new to lifting a guy came up to me in the locker room saying he had seen me training hard, but I was only going to make it so far unless I took some extra 'supplimentation'. Of course I knew what he was talking about, I had heard of professional athletes and bodybuilders taking creatine, I know even arnie admitted to using it before, but I was skeptical. "What about the health risks?" I asked him, and he just laughed. "LMAO BRUH U WANT GET SWOLLEN OR U WANT BE PHAGGOT?". I was taken aback by his reaction, but this guy was jacked so I decided to give it a shot. Little did I know I was setting myself up for months of torment and pain. The creatine addiction took hold almost immediately, violent mood swings, extreme aggression, I even noticed my balls started shrinking, but I just couldn't get enough, the gains I was making were incredible so I just had to take more and more. I was lashing out at my friends and family, all I cared about was the gains, I pushed everyone close to me away and even lost my job because of my mood swings. The last straw came when one day before I worked out I injected twice my usual dose of creatine before I went to the gym. The last thing I remember is breaking my deadlift PR, then I woke up in the hospital. I could've died that day, the doctor said I had 3 times a lethal dose in my system. There must've been an angel in heaven looking out for me because thank Zyzz I survived and since then I have never taken that foul chemical again and have made it my mission in life to warn others of the horrifying side effects.
