Hey fit, first time here.
I'm 24 and from the UK, I'm a manlet at around 5"6 but I weigh around 12st..and not in muscle.
I used to be sort of fit but then I just lost it all and became a lazy fuck, I'm looking at starting up again so if you can bare with me, I have a question for you.
Ive just started the 0-100 push up plan, I'm drinking 2-3L of water a day, even thinking of a water fast. I have no issues with being motivated to work out at home, which I'd like to do for a few months before hitting the gym, so I've gone and got a bench, a barbell, dumbells and a curl bar. I'll be ordering some good whey protein and I've started walking daily too.
Anyway, how good is pic related? I've heard good things about it, I don't want to use actual steroids like dianabol and deca but I've seen these and I was wondering if they were actually any good or not?
Any tips are appreciated too as I haven't worked out for years.

Just bought pic related, and have a few questions for /fit/
So my main excersize routine has literally just been push ups and running (3-4 sets of 60 pushups, then treadmill for 3-3.5 miles) for a while. I finally got this and will add it to my routine to get more in shape.
I have a few questions that i really need advice on
1. Will this help me lose weight while also gaining muscle/getting more toned? (gained like 20 fucking pounds and feel like i look noticeably fatter, at about 183 right now)
2. Is running actually a muscle killer or is that a meme? I really want to keep running because I've actually got decent at cardio
3. How is this as a routine? Ill definitely be doing it at least 4 times a week
4. I should take protein right? Whats the best kind for my situation

You need 150g a day. It doesn't matter if you get it from whey powder or food.

Steroids won't help you, because you probably don't even lift. If you did lift, you would have built up some self-control and determination by now, instead of still being some fat fuck that makes himself almost as sick to look at as he does the people around him.

You can't lose fat in specific spots only, it doesn't work that way. Keep cutting and eventually it will go away.
Apparently taking either DNP or some other fat melter can speed up the process, but you should just not be lazy and keep cutting. Also check your water intake, if it's inconsistent your body may hold on to water and make it look like you have a lot more fat
This guy has a decent face, good height, and a very nice frame, but he also has a fatty belly that he's really self-conscious about. Watch the video to its conclusion and you'll see what I mean (it's also pretty interesting). Why don't people like this take better care of themselves? I mean, it obviously wouldn't be hard for this guy to just slim down a bit and get jacked as fuck.
