I have anterior pelvic tilt (lordosis) and I believe this to be true. My condition specifically is usually caused by weak muscles due to constant sitting.

I am 5'7'' and 21 years old.

Not overweight, but is there anything i can do to be a little bit taller?

The only sure thing that ive heard about is surgery to stick shit in between your leg bones but i dont feel like adding 3 inches to my height is a good idea if i have to reduce my mobility.

Is there anything i can do or am i just a passanger in the genes boat?

Pasta and rice is shit for bulking.

On the surface they seem good. They have calories. But when you actually think about it logically:

So instead of getting 500 kcal from 150g, you're actually getting 500 kcal from 300g. This isn't calorie dense at all.

It fills you up while not actually providing many calories.

My leg muscles are developed to the point where I don't want them to be much bigger.

Is it acceptable to have leg exercises be a less prominent part of my routine for this reason?

Also all my jeans are kind of small for me know because I got a little fat and am thinking of cutting a bit because I don't mind going back to 77kg.

This is going to sound like the dumbest thread, but this is a legitimate issue I want to see if I can solve.
I have a fat vagina. Mon pubis technically speaking.
I am currently 120 5'1 and losing weight.
From what I've researched, the only way to get rid of my goddamn fat vagina is to get a mon pubis reduction.

If I get to a low bf%, will my fat vagina fuck off by default? From what I've seen from pictures, it's hit or miss and as far as I'm aware there isnt a possible way to exercise the area to reduce the fat. Am I being insane?
