Why is the war on obesity considered a bad thing now? Do we not want our society to have healthy and happy individuals? They talk about the psychological consequences of losing weight but don't mention all of the psychological consequences of being obese.

I just got diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. Been wondering all my life why I'm so fucked up, have no friends, no life, no hobbies, interests and have no emphaty. Hey /fit/, I've been DYEL my whole life and recently started a bodyweight routine a little over a month ago. I've been progressing pretty well and actually have noticeable gains which surprised me (especially biceps/forearms). Problem is that I'm struggling to do chest/back because my arms are failing before my larger muscles are. I'm up to decline diamond pushups and my triceps and biceps feel exhausted before I feel it in my chest. Same with pullups/chinups which I take are supposed to work lats?

Anyways, I'm doing full body 3x a week every other day and resting on weekends. Is this a natural beginner thing that will go away in time, or should I adjust my routine?

What does a person need to be able to do to be considered "fit"?

Does he need to be able to run a mile in 6 minutes? Does he need to be able to do 100 pushups/pullups/situps? Does he need to be able to lift 1/2/3/4 plate?
