Is a wide grip or a close grip better? I lift usually with the grip closer like the picture, but is a wide grip better?

Little bit outside shoulder wide grip is optimal. The moment arm created by the hand to the elbow and the elbow to its supporting structures is minimized. This leads to a more stable bottom position leading to a better lift.
To find out why the moment arm is so necessary to think about, consider the extreme where the hands are the same for the wide grip bench. Imagine going for a heavy weight and trying to get it up. Think about the necessary position your elbow would be in to support that weight.
Which seems like the easier, more stable position?

I found that caffeine pills hit me too hard at once, made me feel too tweaked out and built my tolerance fast. You're better off buying a keurig with an empty k-cup. Costs ~$100 but if you drink coffee every day like me, you'll easily be saving money past 1 month of use.

Ex male ballet dancer here. was at the professional level in russia.

Its gunna be way harder than you expect. And in a very strange way. none of the technical training involved is gunna make sense to you in the beginning. Stick with it, and enjoy the potential gains that you cant even imagine

protip. if you a serious about studying it, dont study ballet at one of the 'local ballet studios'. they have no idea what they are talking about/doing/teaching etc. they just dont know what to look for regarding proper technique. if you sre really serious (especially if you are a guy, and have some natural talent) there are TONS of major schools that will want to scoop u up and train u. most likely for free, giving u a scholarship, depending on your body type, natural flexibility, proportions, height, legs, feet, etc
