Your opinion on this.

I see more and more people saying that flat bench press is far way inferior to the combination of the inclined and declined bench press ?
But othes are saying the opposite and it seems that it's common sense to say that flat becnh press is better since everyone has been doing it since the begining of lifting.

So who is right ?

So, I am from Tumblr and I have heard many things about this board. I hear that you put people down for there weight and make fun of them. I find that absolutely disgusting that you can make fun of a human being like that. It doesn't matter there weight or fat. It matters about that persons character and attitude. Yet you put people down for there weight? You judge them for a number? I also find it funny that none of you little cis white male boys can't find a beautiful minority woman. No wonder people don't have to deal with you animals. Well calling you an animal would be a compliment. It matters about the character, not the number. Also who's to say they aren't healthy and active in live? You don't live there life.

Just started going to the gym, measured bodyfat percentage of 29%; been going to the gym for a month now, three times a week. My questions for you folks are:

1. How long does it approx. take to reach a body fat percentage of approx. 15%?

2. Will there be loose skin?

I worked down to 15-17% a couple of times but I feel like shit and come back to 20. I just like to eat big and train hard.

How long would it take to achieve this body from a skinnyfat/borderline chubby frame?

Here are my super shitty stats:

6ft, 205 Pounds

Bench: 160 - 3x5
Squat: 190 - 3x5
Deadlift: 190 - 3x5
OHP: 75 - 3x5

I was 260 pounds with worse stats at the beginning of the summer, currently doing the PHUL program. Will probably cut down to 160-170 before I try to bulk. I hope to achieve 160-170 pounds by the end of February at the latest.

Could be anywhere from 1-3 more years depending on your diet, routine, and steroid usage.

Better to just work out and eat right than working to some goal body. Be the best version of yourself instead of aspiring to achieve someone else's body.

I want to end myself, but I don't have the guts.

I have a hard time eating in the morning. I've made no gains in the gym either.

This is my typical day:

>Wake up at 7:00 AM
>Eat 50g of oats with milk
>5 toats with butter
>Drink 1L + 1 scoop

>12 A:M
>Eat a kebab

>2PM
>Gym

>4PM
>Snack, most of the time almonds

>7PM
>200g of meat with pastas

I really fucking want to change, but my appetiet won't increase. I can't drink milk as it gives me the shits. As previously stated, I can't eat a lot in one sitting.

What should I do? Got some advice?
