I had that moment few days ago. My dad told me to take potato out of the trunk, and I just did it mechanically.
Then I asked him how much potato did he buy and he told me ''40 kg''.

You know, I'm full of it. I'm doing boxing for like 3 months now and I can't stand it anymore.
During practice matches, I don't like to think that I'm going to hurt another person and always take it lightly. I'm scared of having my face punched (and it always happens) and I don't like to compete with others. Is this the end, /fit/? Am I a pussy or is it normal for a guy to don't like boxing?

If you have problems with your dick, are jerking off to more and more extreme porn or have crippling anxiety nofap will help you.
I personally did nofap a few years ago and had a 100 day streak followed by a couple of 30 day streaks. It helped me kick my porn addiction and gave me more confidence while I'm fucking.
I don't do nofap anymore though, I fap once a week and don't watch porn. I find not fapping at all is too much and given that I don't have any issues that nofap is useful for (porn addiction, broken dick) I don't see the point. Not getting a release ever is just too much, I end up thinking about sex all the time and my dick and balls physically ache.
Nofap is a great way to reverse the damage too much porn use and jerking off too much can cause, but for your normal dude it's not necessary.

Something that skellies and poor people do because they either can't lift much weight but can do a lot of pullups, or they're broke.
It's actually a fantastic and simple way to workout.
If done correctly and with good form and you progress in reps, speed, and even more difficult variations you'll gain unbelievable levels of athleticism.
If you simply want to stay in shape, 20 minutes of daily simple calisthenics stretching and some jogging are more then enough and can be done anywhere at any time.

It's time to stop SS when you're not making progress.
Progress on 5/3/1 is pretty much fixed at 10/5 pounds lower/upper body every 4 weeks.
Switch from SS to 5/3/1 when progress drops below that.
I'm still progressing on SS but its starting to slow so planning my next move.
