I'm 19 years old, 93 kg and 186 cm tall. I want to start lifting weights but I can not seem to make up my mind on whether I should first cut so I have an acceptable bodyfat % or whether I should immediately start lifting weights and bulking.
If it's the former, what is the point of lifting on a calorie deficit when you basically have no muscles to preserve?

I mean, people usually say just eat healthy - which I didn't, do sports, which I didn't, have a stress free life - well that's true I was a huge recluse for years, sun haven't touched my skin for a decade, never drank alcohol or did drugs, worked like 3 months in my entire life, so there's that.
But what's next? Should I continue as I was or actually start doing sports, and eating healthy? The latter I can get definitely get behind, but isn't doing sports really taxing to the body, ie: those who lift or run etc, have more wrinkles and stuff?

Last one I got from here was the Six Star one but it was just as awful as the rest. Some people at work have told me to take fruit and sort of make a blend with it. But since I drink this very regularly I think it's just going to be more expensive overall.
