Tonight I was driving home from Wendy's with literally 4,300 calories worth of shit food to eat by myself in one sitting, when my biggest motivation finally hit me.
I had to say it out loud over and over again. Background: I'm about to be 31 in a month. I completely own a two story home with no mortgage, make $29/hr working in diagnostic imaging in a hospital, have a 7inch dick that's thick as shit, panty-dropping painting/guitar skills...
and I haven't had any physical intimacy with a girl in 90 months. 71/2 years. 90. fucking. months.

Not even so much as held hands/kissed. Also still virgin. I haven't wanted to put myself out there. No motivation whatsoever.

How do I stop cutting myself?
I've "made it" I've been working out 5-6 times a week for two years now and have gotten a girlfriend graduated college, and scored a decent job. I'm still really depressed all the time and always feel like shit. I'm afraid to even show off my gains because my entire left arm and my torso are covered in cutting scars.
How do I stop being so sad?

Well one of the reasons your sad it sounds to me is because you're cutting now.
You should also go to a doctor and get checked for depression.
and SNRI combined with something like welbutrin or buspar to keep you stable.
SSRI's don't do shit. If that doesn't work, you could try the tricyclics.

TL/DR: I got hit by an ambulance, and after six months, the doctors finally allowed me to do moderate activities.
I went from 90kg at 20% bf to 116kg (not sure about the bodyfat), and I want to get in shape, because I am literally too ashamed to have a social life while looking like this.
My time frame is eight months, and money is not a problem, but I those are the doctors guidelines:
1-) I definetly can't use steroids, and should avoid all supplements.
2-) I need to protect my joints. Apparently walking is fine, and so is cycling and swimming; but I should avoid running/sprinting and stuff like that.
3-) I should avoid lifting weight, focusing on calisthenics and related exercises instead.
Can /fit/ help me? Is a healthy and normal looking body achievable under those circumstances?
I would like to at least quickly go to a 100kg, so I can try to enjoy a social life again.

A couple weeks ago I bought a ton of beef and I don't have much money now and I've run out of my usual greek yogurt and eggs and chicken and peanut butter.
