this is me before 6 months. I don't believe I have made any serious gains since then - weight remains the same and all my performance is the same. Idk what body fat this is. Can you give me body fat percentage on your judgement on this picture? I'd like to consider if I should continue.

So is using creatine generally considered as cheating or not? I remember when one of my friends bought creatine a few years ago (when I didnt lift), we all thought he would become a monster, because of societys general outlook on supplements like this.

I started taking creatine ~15 minutes before my workout, 4x a week

Pros: lifts jumped to 15-20 lbs instantly, its honestly like popeyes spinach

Cons: front edges of hairline started receding by month 2, immediately stopped taking creatine

If you do, doesn't this board piss you off sometimes? I mean, I love /fit/, years and years ago when I first started working out I came here I wouldn't have gone as far without it. I've had a long hiatus from working out and in the meantime started studying neuroscience and got my degree. Now that I'm back in the gym and back on /fit/, the board is different. There's a handful of people who know what they're doing, while there's a gullible chunk who rely on broscience and do nothing but circlejerk and regurgitate their absolute bullshit.

I see posts about genetics, metabolism, testosterone levels, effects of various supplements, dangerous habits and rituals that just make me fear for kids who come here looking for advice, kids who know nothing, and believe that shit. Whenever I try to post anything informative, post studies, references, I get a wave of memes and bullshit. It's almost impossible to actually help nowadays... So different from the past /fit/, and it's fucking scary to think that kids take these dangerous things seriously

So, my question is, if you ARE involved in the field of neuroscience and/or biochemistry, how the fuck do you not go insanely mad from the shit you see idiots post on this board?

I tried some of those virgin pee eggs in China a few years back and they're actually pretty good. You expect them to taste bad, but they're surprisingly addictive. The texture is the same as a normal boiled egg, but they have this amazing after taste. There might also be some nutritional benefits to virgin pee eggs, but I'm not sure.

I dunno man. Might wanna consider looking at the contract. Also, consider going with him, and talking to the owner. Consider asking (politely) for your money back, and maybe threaten legal action if he refuses? He's refusing to give services that have been paid for; that's an issue.

Also, whatever you do, just remember that your bro is a customer, who's paying money. The gym owner took that money in exchange for services. If he isn't providing those services, then the law is on your side.

May not wanna take it from 0-100 straight away, though.

Also that is the only gym within 100 miles, we live in a shit country. Only one squatting rack.
