I started dieting a week ago, checked my progress this morning and in 7 days i lost 9 and a half pounds.
329 - 319
I'm at the very least 600 calories under my tdee but this is way beyond what i was expecting.
Can someone explain this?

Super clean.
Lots of celery and oats. Protein is mainly hummus and chicken breasts.
Basically 90% fruits and vegetables with hummus or peanut butter.

So I'm currently eating about 2600 calories a day but still can't see significant progress in my weight. Should I opt for a mass gainer? Because I don't think I can eat more than I do currently.
If not, is there something I can eat that's highly caloric, not that much fat and fast?
This is what I'm eating currently:

Im a skinny guy and eating a lot of food is hard for me, so i went with GOMAD. Its actually less painful than i expected - no diarhhea, bloating not too excessive. But Im overheating as fuck, i've never had this issue but now im sweating as fucking fat fuck, even though i only weigh 55kg. Is this normal or i should visit the doctor?
Also, how long will it take for me to gain 20kg on this GOMAD diet? Counting I eat over 3000 calories everyday?
