Genetically some people may have different food preferences and metabolic rates which ofc affect fat loss - but not much. If you run a caloric deficit, you WILL lose weight, and it's not hard to do if you track your food and aren't lazy about it
Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of veggies. I like to drink Seltzer too because it feels like soda. You'll get used to it

Start washing your hands ALL the time until you're in the clear. Clean your door handles etc as well. If your immune system is crap, you can keep re-infecting yourself if the virus mutates.
Just read up on hospital procedures for clean hands. After blowing nose, after patting animals, after being in contact with kids, after going to the toilet - no fucking duh, but people that don't wash their shit (when they are sick as well) use the door handles, you use them and then you've got all sorts of nasty crap on your hands.
Just be anal about if for a week or two and you'll stop getting sick.

Lads I got in a car accident and hit my knee. The doctors said it wasn't anything serious but I should stay away from heavy lifting for couple of months. So, in 2.5 months my squat went from 210kg to 160kg.

you'll build that strength up again much faster than you did originally. Lifting is more motor control than muscle size after all.
Just make sure you wear appropriate knee protection during your exercises to ensure you don't inflame the injury.
Also don't start heavy lifting unless you get the go ahead from your doctor/Physio

the bar, typically, is 45 pounds, plus the 90 pounds (two 45 lb plates)
you should be able to figure out 2pl8 and so forth

I do IF 20/4 and eat 1500 calories a day. 5'6 @ 165 pounds. Thinking about going down to 1200 a day.
