If products like pic related provide all the vitamins and minerals you need, does that mean you can stop eating fruits/veggies and just eat protein/carbs/calories?

I have health issues that are not possible to fix with modern science.

Those people have no idea how lucky they are because they wake up every morning and take big clean dump with extremely pleasurable feel of emptiness in bowel and anus happliy gaping afterwards. It takes less time to take a cleanliness dump that require no wipe after that it takes me to pee.

Diarrhea and the gym

2 days ago I have pretty bad diarrhea
Yesterday it subsided and I had normal-ish stool
This morning I woke up and have already peed out of my butt 5x


Any advice on eating, drinking, and lifting while I'm dealing with this stomach bug?

I am looking for a lifting routine image. Something called "icebreaker" or I don't know.

Basically I remember Day 1 you start with Bench then 3-4 more exercises and then end it with Squat.

Day 2 was nearly the same, only different exercises, but you end with 1x5 Deadlift.

I can't find the black and white text image. Maybe somebody knows a similar routine.

Recently went from 18% to around 10%, had girls commenting on how angular my jawline looked, picture related to my jaw shape. It is getting a bit creepy b/c I see them staring from my peripherals all the damn time in class.

I believe that in terms of raw male sexuality, the jawline must be as close to 90 degrees from the side.

Great jawline = #1 male trait in terms of aesthetics. Anyone disagree?

Just checked out pictures of my grandfather/dad, we all share the same trait, mother of god.

Mine is better by yours standard, I always had a low BF but they dont stare all the time.

8-9/10 facial aesthetics reporting in, was a cashier at a convenience store for a while, literally had at least 2-3 people every day comment on my looks and heard co workers talking about how good looking I was as well. I honestly thought I was below average before I got that job.
