Three eastern european dudes, probably serbians, big as fuck and obviously on roids. They never EVER train legs, not even back. Every day is chest, triceps, biceps. They sometimes just hang out at the gym without working out at all.

Two tall as fuck skelebrahs both wearing football jerseys and 80s headbands, and some weird hipster tryhard beards. 5/10 for effort, they go there almost every day, but it's kind of pitiful seeing them struggle with curling 8 reps of 7 kg dumbbells.

A chubby dude who always sits on the same exercise bike, long hair and beard that hasn't been taken care of and constantly looking as if he's in physical and mental torment.

Hi guys, i'm actually looking after some cardio training beside my actual lifting, i need to lose some bf.

But when i do, i get bored in a fucking second, i heard Rope Jumping is one of the fastest exercice i can do to burn calorie.

Any advice ?

A faggot to explain me the basic of HIIT (tried online stuff but since i'm not a native english speaker i don't understand everything.

What do you want advice on?

Good workout, just do 5 or more exercises (jumping squats/burpees/high knees/any high intensity workout) for a minute each and then take a break for 1 minute and then repeat for 3 or more sets.

Takes a while to get used to, but good calves/cardio workout. Step on a rope and hold the handles up (should be around pec level). Practice from there

No. You shouldn't ever train abs before heavy squats or deadlifts.
Buy an ab roller and do 50 reps or even 100 reps overall in how ever many sets at the end of the week (Friday's session)

Ab roller gave me doms and strained my abs so yeah it's pretty good.

Trainer worded it in a way that's completely retarded, but the idea is right. Younger than 16 is VERY young to be doing heavy compound lifts, and will stunt growth if the still developing muscle mass is put under that kind of duress.

There is no merit to lifting big to get big before you've finished puberty. You'll end up with muscle and joint problems, and likely stunt your own growth if you work your back too heavily.

Hey, /fit/. I need some help over here. So, I don't hit the gym much. I used to. But now, I mostly do my training at home.
But recently, I have encountered a problem.
You see, I do push-ups almost every night. Decline, Normal, and Inner. Usually, about a hundred of each. This has been going on for quite a while. But, a couple of days ago, I couldn't go through with it. Well, almost. I failed my 30th pushup, which never really happened before. Nonetheless, I decided to push through and take a couple of days off, thinking that I might've finally hit my limit. It's been 2 days, and, as I'm writing this, I'm in the middle of my declines, already feeling tired. My pecs have decreased in size, my ribs seem to be more portruding... I dunno. Anybody knows what the hell I should do to fix this? I really want my chest back, I trained way too much to have it all taken away by fuck-knows-what.

More details. My pecs are... how do I put this? Tight? They are tight all the time. But small. And shrinking every resting day. I read about overtraining, and everybody's saying I should rest. Rested for 2 days, and my year of gym and 6 months of home-trainng have gone to hell. Race against time. Yay.
