Eat healthy, lift weights, get rest, avoid water in plastic bottles from the store (the plastics contain shit in them that when heated up put stuff in the water that's similar to estrogen and can lower testosterone)
Do not take testosterone tablets. Your body will stop producing it naturally.
Some 'studies' have said that avoiding masturbation for 7 days will cause a testosterone spike. Not sure if true. But might be worth a shot.
Make sure you get a good diet that covers everything your body needs. If you don't get everything supplements can help.

I need help with my diet. I'm doing calisthenics and running, trying to burn off my fat. I weigh about 210 pounds and sit at 5'7"(I'm a lucky manlet though, got a qt3.14 4'10" gf)
I eat alright I guess, diet is as listed
Morning:
*Greek Yogurt ~ 100cal
or
*Bowl of cheerios w/ cup of lowfat milk + glass of milk(1cup) ~ 400 cal
=100~400cal
Lunch:
*misc fruit ~100-250 cal
*cup lowfat milk ~ 100 cal
*2 scoop protein shake w/ lowfat milk ~ 360 cal
= 700~cal
Snack:
*salted crackers ~ 50cal
Supper:
*tuna salad[can o' tuna light chunk, 1tsp mayo, 1tbsp dill relish] ~ roughly 150cal

The reason I'm working to better myself is to protect the ones I care about. I have this fear that makes me think of the worst possible scenarios that could happen to those I care about. Whether it be a home invasion, rape, mugging, etc. And I use that fear to make me work as hard as I can on my body so that if the situation does arise, I'll be able to meet that challenge.
Plus I also hate the idea that if I look in the mirror I'm going to hate that person looking back at me. I want to look good and feel capable to myself. Not anyone else. I also don't want to die not knowing what the best me could be like.

Alternatives to alcohol that won't kill my gains? Alcohol is a great social drug but I'm not a big fan of those empty cals. MDMA is an even more amazing social drug which doesn't kill your gains, but you can only do it safely once every few months. Are there any other social drugs out there that I could use on a once a week basis?
