Any tips for self-unracking on bench press?

I workout late at night so there isn't really anyone around to ask help. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to unrack it as I progress in weight.

Same. And the power rack at the gym I go to, it's either a bit too high so it's very hard to unrack or it's too low and I basically do a half rep unracking the weight

Basically I dropped the whole 5x5 thing and started kinda deloading
Made a lot of progress
just start with max, then take off ten from each side, lift till failure, keep repeating till i pretty much can't lift anymore
