What is the most beneficial type of fighting to learn? Was thinking about Muay Thai or general kickboxing, but a lot of people are telling me just to go with BJJ and learn submissions. No fag maga please

Yesterday during my Push session I was doing DB Bench and I dumped the DBs incorrectly. Now my left shoulder doesn't feel quite right.

It wasn't even painful at the time and isn't now the next morning but I knew I fucked up. There is slight uncomfort at certain rotations but it is not painful.

My questions is should I be fine to do Pull today? I will be starting at extra light weight

Hello /fit/,

I have a scenario for you. I want to know your thoughts and how you react.

You see tall skinny lean person in gym looks like a distance runner or cyclist. He is doing squats and deadlifts and other appropriate gym exercises. He has pretty much flawless technique but is obviously not lifting that much weight due to muscle/sport that he partakes in.

What are your thoughts of this person?
