Hi myfitdiary.

This is off topic but I'm the guy who made the non-troll facial aesthetics chart (pic related). Most of /fit/ knows fuck all about the subject and even I only made a chart because the others were so horrible. I'm still not entirely sure I did that good of a job. But you seem to know a ton about this shit. Probably too much for your own good, since you seem to put your own looks down quite a bit.

I already know I need to make sea changes to rows 3 and 4. I filled them in hastily with people people from the Howard Stern Show because I just happened to be listening to it while I shooped the chart and was getting tired of searching for good examples.

My question for you is, who is out of place in rows 6-9? I realize Gosling is not really an 8. People have suggested Mark Gonzales (6.2) should be an 8 but that's just a really good pic of him. Lots of people have suggested I remove Noah Mills from the 9s but I chose him because he was one of the highest ranked male supermodels in the world according to models.com so I assume they know more than trolls on 4chan.

Sup /fit/ looking for your opinions on this shit. I'm about to start a small business with a few of my friends, nothing significant, and we're going to make burgers.
The idea is selling the shit sub $1... So what ingredients to use so the calories don't skyrocket? (partially because I'll be eating them too and also don't want gymfags complaining)...

I need help guys. I really let myself go. I currently weigh about 350 pounds and I am 5'10. I am kind of active. I wouldnt call my life sedentary. My problem though is food. I hate making food so I just go with what's convenient. Is there a simple diet I can follow? I don't really care if it tastes good. I just need to be able to not put effort into what I eat and have it easily available.

Have anyone here successfully fixed Dowager's hump / forward head posture? I'm currently doing neck and chest stretches, while trying to keep a good posture both standing and sitting.

Pic kinda related, that's what I would have become in 10 years.

Stand up straight and tall at all times. Shoulders back, chest up. If you have anterior pelvic tilt, work on fixing it. Perform shoulder external rotations with a band or cable, do pullaparts as well, Google these. Lots of rows, strict lightweight seated cable rows focusing on retracting your scapula, contracting your back and pausing for a second. Once you begin to actively stand up straight all the time, you'll notice that it fucking hurts and your upper and mid back fatigues extremely quickly. Stick with it. It will take a long time. My posture is still not fantastic but it has improved tremendously, if you're disciplined you could see noticeable results in a matter of months. In a year or so you can make a very significant change.

Does anybody on fit do this?

My gym is only 0.75 miles/1.1 km, I usually just bike there and do cardio runs off days, but since switching to PPL six times per week, I find it more difficult to stick to cardio routine (two deadlift days, two squat/legs days). Should I just run there, as a warm-up? Or could it have a negative impact on my lifts? Could I do HIIT on the way back? Or would fit advice against running everyday, and alternating between running and biking depending on much legs are needed in the gym?

Running 1km shouldn't impact on your workout, in fact it should be a decent warmup. If you find yourself feeling fatigued in your legs doing it every day then just alternate. You can always go back to biking there if you want to...

You don't need post workout protein shakes, especially if you're a noob. The importance of anabolic window is way overblown, and even then you can just eat a normal meal with some protons instead of a shake.

If you really want to though, get some protein powder and a shaker bottle rather than this shit.
