>Between July and October was a rollercoaster for me because I cutted for 2 week and ate lot of food the next one so I didn't really lose weight but managed to maintain in 75kg.
>Cutting, eating healthy, doing SS (since 1 month ago) and doing lot of cardio worked for me so far.
>Lost lot of fat and muscle mass also.

Question is, how much more weight should I lose before I stop cutting and start eating on my TDEE to gain muscle mass and start looking fit? Never measured my BF% but according to my IMC 25,73, I'm still overweight.

We've all seen the pictures of obeasts claiming to run marathons, or lift on the reg and it is dismissed as the bullshit it likely is.

However, can one work out like a motherfucker, and still be morbidly obese?

Say you lift 4x a week but eat 7,000 Kcal? Can you maintain the obeast mode?

Why is it ALWAYS that when I don't care about getting a girl, I always get opportunity with her, but when I like a girl and try to achieve something with her, everything goes wrong?

How to escape this catch22, it's killing me.

How do I find a girl that I like and that likes me back or can be with me? There's always something that comes between, either she likes me back but has a boyfriend already and is committed or doesn't like me in the same way. Why the fuck am I cursed with this?

Third incidence of anterior hip pain. The previous two times I thought it was because of the femur head rubbing on the capsule because of weak glutes and stronger hammies and did a fuckload of glute work to try and fix it. Decided to look more into it and it seems more like a strained rectus femoris or hip flexor instead of a joint issue. Currently massaging the fuck out of it and looks better. First time this happened I missed like 3-4 weeks worth of squats, 2nd time the same but both times it was worse than now. Let's hope I only stay at only yesterday

I have been having issues with my hip flexors during high bar squats for the past couple months, been strenching and everything bit they still kill me. I tried out front squats last Saturday with a friend, feel loads better on my body. I lit with a bodybuilding focus.

If I add work to still hit posterior chain (RDL and good mornings probably), what can I expect from switching to front squats for the next 8 weeks?

Front squats shouldn't be done exclusively since you'd be neglecting your posterior chain.

Dont squat if you lift for a bodybuilding focus. The back is always the weak link, especially on front squats. They train even less leg than back squat.

Squats are dangerous and pointless unless you do olympic weightlifting or powerlifting. Don't even bother, your knees, back and hips will thank you in the future.
